What are your shipping options?
- For products that are in stock in our UK warehouse we offer a 48 and 24 hour delivery option. Orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day. For any items currently out of stock we can have them shipped directly to you from our manufacturing plant, this will usually take between 3-6 working days.
I found the same product cheaper, can you price match?
- All our products are priced competitively within the industry, however we will do our very best to be beat any genuine like-for-like quotation. Just pop us an email and ask!
Do you offer a guarantee?
- All our couplings come with a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event you find an issue with your coupling let us know and if it is a manufacturing fault it will be replaced free of charge.

Do you offer in store collection?
- We are unable to offer collections on orders as our workforce are busy prepping, packing and sending orders across the globe.
Can I change my order if I've made a mistake?
- No problem, as long as you let us know before we've processed your order can you let us know what you'd like to change.
Can I return my item?
- Yes, you may return your order for a full refund (minus shipping fees) within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused and in it's original box.
Do you offer wholesale/bulk purchasing?
- We certainly do, If you would like to purchase in large quantities please email with the part number and quantity and one of our sales representatives will get back to you.
